Masterclass design sprints

In my time at Hike One I’ve, together with a co-worker, we provided masterclasses in design sprints. In these masterclasses we helped the participants learning design sprints by actively doing or facilitating the exercises.

The book and more

We provided the design sprint masterclass in a 1 day version and the 2 day version. The 1 day version was generally an introduction to and quick version of the Sprint book and us telling our own experiences and pitfalls. The 2 day version was mostly focused on how to facilitate the design sprint. We focus less on how a design sprint generally works but more on the specific things a facilitator has to focus on or watch out for.

When not designing, I'm facilitating

When not designing, I'm facilitating

It’s in my nature to align a lot of people in the same room or facilitate them through a process. I view this as a design challenge: I see the participants as users and try to empathise and help them solve their problem by facilitating them through a process or method.
